Are you ready for this fantastic announcement? A massive & unique Critical Ops tournament was just announced by MOBILE E-SPORTS® in partnership with Critical Force Entertainment. This tournament is called The Fireteams Tournament, named after the original tournament of the same name which took place in February of 2016. This was the first tournament to ever be organised for Critical Ops and that is why it is a great deal to see it announced.
This tournament will have 64 teams battle each other in a competitive global bracket. It will be quite interesting to see which team can claim the glory of this historic event.
This tournament will start on November 1st and teams have until the end of this month to register their team. It will be based on a 5V5 format with all maps available to be played on and all matches will take place in Defuse The Bomb Mode. You can click here to redirected to the registration page.
What are the teams competing for? There is a massive prize pool available such as $500 cash, a special weapon skin, a MOBILE E-SPORTS® Emblem, In-Game Credits, G FUEL Products, 500 MES Credits, and Record In Hall of Fame. Now that is quite a list that the winning team will be able to claim.
All rounds of the tournament are based on single elimination but the Semi Finals are built on a BO3 format while the Finals will be based on a BO5 format. MOBILE E-SPORTS® has also provided anti-cheat measures where players have been given detailed instructions on the game recording process and more about this can be found on the Rules & Regulations page.
Finally, the Fireteams Tournament is sponsored by G FUEL Energy, Surfshark VPN, and Gamer Goo. This tournament will be an extremely competitive event and we look forward to see how teams implement their skills and strategies to rise to the top.
