Today, Fortnite is one of the most popular battle royale game on PC, Mac, and the Consoles. Epic Games has just announced that Fortnite Mobile is in the making. This means you will be able to play it on your smartphone or tablet very soon. There will be absolutely no difference from the current one you know. It will have the same gameplay as well as the same content along with weekly updates.
Beginning this Monday, 12th of March, you will be able to sign up for the Invite Event for iOS. As for Android, it will be open in the next few months. Furthermore, Epic Games partnered with Sony so that players can have Cross Play and Cross Progression between PS4, PC, Mac, iOS and Android. If you are a mobile gamer and have friends that play Fortnite on PS4 then you can play with them using your mobile device.
Be sure to sign up on the 12th of March at Fortnite.com if you are an iOS user. Shortly after, Epic Games will send email invites to players which include the link to download the game from the App Store. Those who do get invites from Epic Games will be able to share the game with friends via invite codes. Fortnite Mobile will require a stable internet connection, iOS 11, and at least an iPhone 6S/SE, iPad, iPad Mini 4, iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, as well as 2017 iOS tablets.
